Studying at Our Fayette Campus

Upper Iowa University offers students the unique experience of an American university in a Malaysian setting. Our students are also offered the opportunity to study at UIU's home campus in Fayette, Iowa.

In order to transfer from UIU-Malaysia to the Fayette campus, please submit the following documents:

  1. Request to Change Campus Location Form
  2. Affidavit of Support Form (this form must be completed if you will be supported by your family member which includes your parent or guardian or another person)
  3. Bank statement showing evidence of the ability to pay all fees and expenses for one full year in USD (amount varies per year, please refer to the amount below for an estimate) – The Bank Statement has a validity period up to only six months upon submission, so please submit within 6 months before the transfer procedure takes place.
  4. A copy of your passport biographical page.
